My Sweet, dear Candy Dandy!

Thank you so very much, for taking some of your time to share your heart's memories about my Dad. It is lovely to know that my Dad had instilled such things in the people he touched, such as adventure, perseverence, logic, and fun fun fun! I don't know that he truly knew how he affected people, but sometimes I think that he did, and that he did not need to be recognized for it. You have been part of our lives and your thoughts show that. Thank you for sharing your running-shoe memories. I, too, think of my Dad when I put mine on. He perserveered with great challenge the last several years, and I will never be the same from what I observed. We must be grateful for our every day, and love and forgive and be right in our ways...it passes so quickly and there is such beauty to catch each day. I hope you, and all those I love will take a moment to reflect on how much we have...and that we need not more but hope and love. xoxoxo
